They (2 plumbers, Kyle & Ehsan) did a new toilet install with one I had delivered and removal of the old one for a flat rate. They worked efficiently, cleaned everything in the process, were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and checked what was necessary. They also did some trouble shooting they came across with the original positioning of the toilet placement in tile and a high flange. Instead of telling me they needed to redo the flange which would have cost a lot more, they worked on solutions which saved me from extra costs and work done. They looked out for me and not just trying to make a higher sale of labor and parts. I really appreciate how thorough they were and can see they are passionate about what they do. Also, they are reliable, called/texted promptly, and their communication during the install was great. They gave me a much better price than other plumbing companies and also put on shoe covers to come in the house. Highly recommended!"

"We were happy with the workmen but we were not happy with the management, and my husband didn't want me to write a bad report. But, there was a problem getting everything to work and they blamed it on our remodel, that something was being done in our remodel, and it took them two weeks to get us hot water consistantly. I was not happy. And then they charged us with extra labor. I didn't want to write a bad report because the workmen did an excellent job, but it was the management that decided, so I really didn't know what to do. We bought a new water heater from and water cleaner as well. I think we ended up giving them $7000 for a repipe and then the quote came back in five bills and an extra $200 for labor. They couldn't figure out what was wrong and they had to keep coming back. I didn't want a bad report on my credit report so we bargained (on the extra $200) and said we'll pay half just to get them off our back. They were greedy at the end. We have a lifetime gurantee with them so I was afraid if we write something bad and what if they decide to retaliate by giving us a hard time with the guarantee and all."

"I can't describe the sound of the blockage when it was cleared, but there was no question what the sound meant or the smile on my face. We've used them several times over the years and service has always been great. I showed Jose M the issue and pointed him to the closest clean-out. After quite a bit of effort it seemed he was running into a serious obstruction. Jose asked about another clean-out and started searching around the perimeter. He found one that I'd forgotten about as it had never been used, and sure enough, water was backed up in it. He snaked it and ran into a major obstruction about 35 feet in. After repeated attempts to clear it, he suggested we needed to camera the line. He called 'the boss' who headed over, and Jose continued trying to clear the line. And Murphy's Law, just before the boss arrived he got the line cleared. Again, what a wonderful sound! Greg arrived shortly after and even though the line seemed clear, ran the camera through it (no extra charge). Good move, he ran the camera to the city's line, and pointed out a couple spots that were problems waiting to happen. Knowing what we may be facing in the future is a relief. My original estimate was $77. Final cost $77. And that was on a Saturday! VERY IMPRESSIVE!!"

"Work was done the same day after setting on an agreed price. It took one person a bit of time to install three toilets, but I’m sure it’s not easy work. He did forget to completely hook up one toilet in the lower bathroom. When we noticed there was no water in the toilet, we opened the valve and had immediate flooding in the bathroom because he did not hook up the other end of the supply line to the toilet. Isn’t that plumbing 101? Also, his caulking skills left quite a mess. It had to be redone. One of the plastic bolt covers was missing on one toilet as well."

"Michael was called by my landlord and he came by to have a look in order to give the property owner an estimate. All business and money was between the two of them. What I can speak to is how he keeps you informed on everything from time/travel ETAs to what he's actually doing and things you might want to be aware of (electronic ignition, heat adjustment on the tank, etc) once he's finished with the job. In our case, the waterheater had been leaking in the garage and before he left he swept up and wiped down everything. In a word, he's thorough :) And he's pretty quick... especially considering he wrestles those waterheaters all on his lonesome! He works like a machine, keeps a great attitude throughout the job, and the overall quality is outstanding! I highly recommend him!!"
