The project included fencing and painting, repair redwood deck and paint, install pavers and fire pit, remove grass and install synthetic turf, large tree removal, hedge removal, destruction and removal of sidewalk and replacement with pavers, replacement of lawn with decorative rock and succulents/cactus, complete irrigation overhaul and installation of drip system, install landscape lighting. Luis is a stickler for detail and made sure the job was done right. He is great to work with and his crew are professional and courteous."

"Joe and his team installed grass from scratch in our Carmel Valley home. They took away old dried up grass, re-leveled the area, installed a mesh under the grass to prevent more gophers from making holes, and installed new Marathon. It looks great! Joe and his team were very professional, and completed the work in the time they said they would. Joe cares a lot regarding the quality of the job and has excellent communication. We contacted Coastal Pavers and spoke to the owner Steve Lawrence, who promptly showed up to give us a quote for our project. Steve is an amicable fellow—laid back and easy to work with throughout the process. Tell him what you want, and his company delivers. His crew (led by Fernando) is a hard-working group. They show up on time and clean up after themselves. They are easy to talk to, too, which we really appreciated. "Jay at Greenland was one of few pool contractors who could design and build pool/spa but also have vision to incorporate entire site plan, extra components like bar/BBQ/outdoor spaces, and all landscaping. Most day to day work done by his own employees so not a lot of subcontractors to deal with. All workers are courteous, clean, and respectful and put in full dayà ¢à  à  s work.
