The project included fencing and painting, repair redwood deck and paint, install pavers and fire pit, remove grass and install synthetic turf, large tree removal, hedge removal, destruction and removal of sidewalk and replacement with pavers, replacement of lawn with decorative rock and succulents/cactus, complete irrigation overhaul and installation of drip system, install landscape lighting. Luis is a stickler for detail and made sure the job was done right. He is great to work with and his crew are professional and courteous."

"Two individuals spend about 20-30 minutes accomplishing the recurrent tasks.  The lead person is familiar with other extra details that need to occur monthly, such as trimming vines and hedges.  He is willing to ask our neighbor for access to his property to trim vines that go into the neighbor's yard.  We appreciate these details as we like to promote good neighbor relations. When necessary, he will trim some trees and weed the yard.  I have two very dedicated individuals from JM Lawns working at my residence.  I appreciate their efforts very much!"

Steve is an amicable fellow—laid back and easy to work with throughout the process. Tell him what you want, and his company delivers. His crew (led by Fernando) is a hard-working group. They show up on time and clean up after themselves. They are easy to talk to, too, which we really appreciated. About nine months after my project was completed, there was a little bit of touch up that needed to be done. Steve took care of it with NO QUESTIONS ASKED and no charges. "It went extremely well for the most part. We worked with Mike, who was very responsive and helpful. We took a long time to decide on which turf, and insisted on seeing several types in place on some lawns to help us figure out which one to buy. Good thing we did! Ones we liked in a one-foot square looked so fake when seen on the actual lawn, and we wanted something that looked as real as possible. Mike went out of his way to make sure we had access to all the possibilities, and came out several times to help us with the decision process. We finally picked a turf after driving all over to see their work in place. Once we decided which one we wanted, the work was done very quickly, and it looks fabulous. They've returned to fix up a few loose ends, and will also be repairing some damage that occurred when the recent rains caused an animal statue to topple over and poke a hole in the brand new turf.
