Miguel Cisneros and his crew did excellent work. Miguel, the owner of the company was kind, thoughtful and considerate when estimating the leveling job. Note, this leveling job had to be completed within 5 days and he accommodated my schedule. Miguel and his crew were absolutely professional, thoughtful and did excellent work. Tuffy shed came out the next day and both installers told me that the foundation and leveling was excellent! I would recommend this man and his crew to anyone! Punctual, respectful, and patient with their clients and the work is superb. Please call his company, you will not regret it!

I will preface this review by stating that Mike Cisneros did do the job that I contracted him to do at the agreed upon price. But he was very slow to respond to texts/emails/calls and in the end I feel like I was overcharged for the service that he actually performed. He was contracted to help get the water flowing to our backyard sprinkler system. He believed he was going to have to dig a trench to follow the pipe back to the source and quoted me a cost of $375 to do this. He showed up and worked for a total of 5 minutes, which includes the time it took him to bring the shovel from his car to the backyard, before he solved the problem. The shut off valve was covered by a rock so he just had to pick up the rock and the problem was solved. There were some other issues that he found so if I was in his shoes I would have adjusted the cost of this job and then quoted me the cost to fix the new problems that he encountered. Instead he charged me the full amount and even though I asked him to send me a quote for these new issues, he did not respond in a timely manner and did not give a thorough quote that outlined what was included with the costs. I would never hire him to do another job for me since I don't feel like he is ethical nor timely in his replies.

Mike went out of his way to satisfy my garden clean up and garden repair needs. He even came back when asked to trim some things further.

Mr. Cisneros did a very good job at replacing the broken sprinkler heads that I had as well as repairing two broken lines to order to get water to an out of use sprinkler. He was able to come out quickly and meet me at my desired time. He performed the tasks efficiently without difficulty. However, upon examining the cost of materials used I do feel that I paid a very high amount, more than what would be expected. The cost of materials alone may have been ~$35-$45. My overall bill was slightly over $300 meaning that for the two hours he worked with me, the cost of labor was ~$130/hr. This is too much. I will not contact him again.

Mike and team were great. They had the best price and the work quality was top of the line. I would definately use them again for future concrete projects.

has a pleasing personality and bids out at the lower end. I do not find him to do quality work or in a timely fashion and has less than good work ethics. My suggestion is do look a gift horse in the mouth before you buy it because you might find you don't want to buy it.

MIke is unreliable. He rescheduled the job start several times. Mike is unreliable, on the day this was to start, he showed up late in the afternoon and did practically nothing, Mike is unreliable, he took the payment and then called me later that evening to say he would not be able to start the job until Saturday. I told him I was unhappy with this and asked if he was serious about the job since this has occurred multiple times and he affirmed yes. I agreed to Sat. Mike is unreliable, he called back an hour later that he was withdrawing from the job. 3 weeks wasted trying to get this job done, and he still has not returned payment

Pros: easy to get in touch with quick response to voicemails able to work within my budget Cons: didn't complete work within adequate time frame crew could have been more professional (left mess/didn't finish on time/put grass clumps back into planting beds)
