Infinity responded promptly when I requested an estimate to replace our water heater. Straightforward estimate - neither the highest nor the lowest bid. But more importantly, they didnâ t give us any nonsense, like most others, and they didnâ t try to up-sell to something more expensive or unnecessary. Once we accepted their bid, they confirmed the availability of the equipment, set the date for installation for the day most convenient for us, showed up on time, went about their work (crew of 3 headed by Juan) efficiently and left the area spotlessly clean. Nice guys too! They have now become our â go toâ plumbing contractors. One final note: The cost was 15% LOWER than the original installation eleven years ago for essentially the same unit from the same manufacturer. Infinity is first class in my book.

Great team, installed the water tank super fast

Contact in the morning for a water heater that was not working property. Juan came at 2 and by 4 we had a new water heater installed. Juan is professional, personable, and fair in price. Support your local businesses….it is so worth it! In need a a plumbing issue….call Infinity, I know I will call again if needed!

Hot water heater is not level. No detailed invoice... I was not informed they only take cash or check after work was done.

Expensive. They did not give me a quote before starting the work. They broke the project up into three separate jobs and changed for them separately even though they we already there, driving the price up. On the other hand, the work appears to be sound.

Very knowledgeable and did a great job! Cleaned up the area when done and took all the debris.

Juan did a quick job that took some original thinking. His repair of the external cement wall was excellent. He was the lead for Atlas plumbing during our sewerline replacement. He did a repair of a broken and leaking sewerline. He has also done facuet replacement work. He also did the hot water clean out service. He has worked on our neighbors plumbing.
