The first time I called Make It Drain was after reading a ton of positivity about their service from my neighbors on the Next Door app and I was not disappointed. My call was returned quickly, Marc and his colleague Ean showed up on time for a Friday afternoon appointment to inspect my hard-to-find-parts-for leaky bathtub faucet. After inspecting it, they said they'd need to call around for the correct part and get back to me with a quote. Marc called back on a Sunday with two options for me so we could get it repaired quickly. I selected the one I wanted and when they showed up with the part to replace, Marc told me they'd gotten it for less than he originally quoted me and passed that savings down to me. Talk about an upstanding business! And to top it off, they even helped clean up the flood in my bathroom when my stupid brother turned the main water back on while they were in the middle of the repair. (Oy.) I've since used them to replace a fancy kitchen faucet and service my tankless water heater. They are always on time and professional, clean up any mess made and have very fair prices."

"Started with my bathroom toilet that would not drain.  I was unsuccessful so call experts,.  they ended up putting a scope and found that my iron pluming was flaking and needed jet blasting to restore to clean.  they asked about our main line.  We usually have trouble every year or so do to a large tree that has roots going into the main line.  They scoped the main line to the street and found a big root in our pipe that took up most of the pipe.  A couple of loads of wash and it would have backed up.  solution was to dig down 7 feet by our sidewalk were the root was and replace the pipe.  When they got down there the replaced the pipe and scoped to the street and found some more roots and it was clay back to out clean out  which was about 15 feet from the first hole.  They could sleeve to the street but we have a weak link in the clay to the clean out.  So we opted to do a non trench, replace the clay, sleeve the to the street and jet the house.

"Great service and work from Miguel and team. I would hire them again. What originally was a slow draining sewer line turned into a root infested backup. Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed. He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots. "Roland was available quickly to replace my valve in the tub. He came at the time of our appointment and completed the entire job with no issues. I asked him to cut out a piece of the fiberglass of our tub to access the old valve and he completed it very neatly and with no mess.
