Mr. Rooter had been willing to negotiate and I knocked about $650 off their initial bid. They took another $200 off at the back end because of my concern with overbilling. They didn't have to do that since they had a signed contract in hand, but they were willing to take care of a customer. Thumbs up for that. The work looks solid, as far as this layman can tell. Everything drains as it should and none of the joints leak."

During the process it was recommended that I may want to replace tub drain because it was old. Tony came out a few days later, provided an estimate, and 2 days later his team was here to do the work. What I liked about them was the communication with Angie at the office, their punctuality and customer service in general. That means more to me than the actual work. I have to assume they did good work but I'm not crawling under the house to find out, and, it's not my area of expertise anyway, so fingers crossed. Everything seems to be working great. "Great service and work from Miguel and team. I would hire them again. What originally was a slow draining sewer line turned into a root infested backup. Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed. He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots.
