After inspecting it, they said they'd need to call around for the correct part and get back to me with a quote. Marc called back on a Sunday with two options for me so we could get it repaired quickly. I selected the one I wanted and when they showed up with the part to replace, Marc told me they'd gotten it for less than he originally quoted me and passed that savings down to me. Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed.
