Mr. Rooter had been willing to negotiate and I knocked about $650 off their initial bid. They took another $200 off at the back end because of my concern with overbilling. They didn't have to do that since they had a signed contract in hand, but they were willing to take care of a customer. Thumbs up for that. The work looks solid, as far as this layman can tell. Everything drains as it should and none of the joints leak."

A couple of days later he sent a quote for the repairs and by the end of the week he had a crew at the my house to do the repairs. Kevin and Juan were punctual, hard working and super nice guys! "Great service and work from Miguel and team. I would hire them again. What originally was a slow draining sewer line turned into a root infested backup. Miguel was able to scope the drain and visualize the root of the problem. They were prepared to start digging and had the tools and supplies on the truck to get the job completed. He clearly explained the discovery, repair, and installation process as well as potential other root intrusion spots. After the dig, the soil and grass was replaced and can hardly tell that any work was done. They also cleaned the dirt/mud on the concrete walk way. Thank you Miguel and team for the great work."

"Roland was available quickly to replace my valve in the tub. He came at the time of our appointment and completed the entire job with no issues. I asked him to cut out a piece of the fiberglass of our tub to access the old valve and he completed it very neatly and with no mess.
