The work was a bit lousy, the trench was not filed in properly. The use of power tools caused, electrical problems (to repair costs $5000 and a/c $414) all ask was to repair the leak

We had Drain City Plumbing come out to install a pre-purchased toilet for us yesterday, 10-21-2023. The appointment was set up one day prior, when my husband called & spoke to Tony over the phone. Ritchie and an apprentice(?) Tech came to do the work .. They arrived a few minutes late, and (unfortunately) they came unprepared; all they brought with them, was channel locks. When removing the existing toilet, they needed to borrow our shop-vac, because they hadn't brought one of their own. Ritchie was personable & conversed with my husband & mainly watched, as the other man performed most of the physical work. My husband asked that they remove the existing calking from the floor before placing the new toilet (it seemed that they hadn't planned to) - they did not have a scraper, and borrowed a knife to smooth/prepare the area. After 40 minutes, the duo left to go purchase calking to set the new toilet (another thing they should've had with them, knowing the job they were coming to do). We waited, and waited . . although Ritchie had my husband's phone number, he never called to say they were delayed - my husband eventually called Tony at their office, to check on the status of his plumbing team. Ritchie & the unnamed apprentice returned OVER TWO HOURS LATER. Excuses were given (their van needed gas, and had low tire[s] that needed air), but we believe they stopped working to have lunch, without notifying us (there were food containers on the truck's dashboard when they returned) - it would have been fine for them to stop for lunch, of course, had Ritchie simply called to let us know. We had been keeping everyone out of the bathroom, expecting the men to return soon; there were family members who wanted to take a shower. After finally returning to our house, the men adequately finished the job, in 25 minutes. 3.5 hours .. for an hour & ten minutes of work. We do not recommend Drain City Plumbing.

Jay is a very likeable fellow and knows plumbing. His two helpers Clemente and Saul were hard working men. I had gotten about 6 bids for the job and chose Drain City because they had the lowest bid and I am so glad I decided to do that. They did a great job. They had to dig a 120 foot ditch in addition to powering under my driveway to lay the new copper pipe. A big job for a very reasonable price. I'm very happy

Great! Fast response time. Our plumber was professional and curtious. He examined and explained what he would be doing and got the job done quickly. He did not leave behind a big mess either. I will definitely be using Drain city plumbing again.

It was a great service. I used them in the past and what makes me like them is the 24/4 7 days a week service. You can just call Tony and he will send his workers. They were very professional, definitely knows what they are doing, they are licensed and bonded. They were quick to reply if you have serious matter. Punctual, on time, and i'm very happy to the service i received from them.

First, Servando, who gave me a bid was the most professional of the 3 bids I received and also gave the best price. Yesterday, Oct. 07, 2019 they arrived on time and commenced work on replacing my main water line with a 1 inch Type L copper pipe. Servando's work crew of Ivan, and Clemente were professional, polite, courteous and worked tirelessly to make sure I had my water back on by the end of the day. They all did a fantastic job and I couldn't have been more pleased with their work. They cleaned up the work site and left it spotless. I would have no problem recommending them to friends and family and will hire them again for all my plumbing needs.
