After going through options, we went with a new concrete driveway that extended the space by nearly 300 sq. ft. The crew set forms, leveled the ground, and poured with clean edges that connect smoothly to the street. No corners were cut with grading, and they made sure water would run off correctly. It was a large project, yet everything stayed organized. The upgrade has already made everyday parking and access much easier."

"Out of the 3 companies I contacted for the project, CSI Paving was the first and most responsive of the 3. Their prices were competitive and they carried out the schedule as planned. There was a slight communication issue where we had asked for the front parking lot to be paved first, but instead, the entire lot was paved at once. Luckily, it was a warm day and the slurry dried quickly, so our customers could park back on the lot. The results look great. I will use them for again and recommend them to friends and family."

"AMAZING attention to detail.  The owner of Green Republic Landscapes, Motti, is very easy to work with and will customize your dream landscape to your specifications, using quality products and personnel.  Do you want drought resistant?  That is Green Republic's specialty.  Motti took us to choose our plants and guided us as to what would grow well in certain areas of our garden.  Demolition and clean up were perfect.  They left the house cleaner than when they arrived.  Motti worked within our budget and made sure we were comfortable with the price.  Follow up was also amazing.  Motti is very easy to reach and communicates very well.  He responds to phone calls, texting and emails very quickly.  As for our landscaping, it is absolutely gorgeous and flawless!  We recommended Green Republic to our friend, who also used them for an even bigger project and the results were phenomenal!  I would absolutely, 100% recommend Green Republic Landscapes to anyone who wants gorgeous landscaping with a personal touch and excellent customer service.  There are a lot of landscape companies out there, but this one is a small business that prides itself on quality and service.  Thank you to Motti for our gorgeous landscaping!

"I wish I could give this company a wonderful review. But, that is not going to be the case. Our System Pavers salesman, Mr. Mike Ammenwerth, took care of drawing up the plans. He was nice enough... However, communicating with him afterward was, in fact, a challenge in itself. We signed the contract for our Paver project, which included Pergola Patio Cover, which turned out to be a separate project. We were assigned a couple of *project managers*... First, it was Beau Johnston, the Repair Technician, who had to be pulled off the job, then it was Mr. Zakk Schot who ended up being our primary point-of-contact for the majority of the project. We also had interaction with the company Contraction Manager, Mr. Frank Gori. All in all... Communication was spotty at best throughout this experience (with the exception of dealing with Zakk). The Pergola patio cover became an issue as time went on. We advised Mike Ammenwerth that we wanted additional shade than we were receiving from our existing wooden patio cover. Mike told us *no problem* and recommended the Pergola. Well, the Pergola, once it was installed, sat higher (taller) with a less angle and, frankly, provided less shade (or really no shade) when we compared it to our old patio cover. It is attractive looking without question... However, now we have to install roll down shades to the sides and front of our beautiful patio cover. Not what we expected at all. Our patio cover faces to the South. So... Be very much aware of which side of the house YOU intend on the installation of the very same product. Had I done more research on companies that perform this very same type of service, I would have saved myself a heck of a lot of money. System Pavers profit markup is outrageous (I found out after-the-fact). The company itself only hires subcontractors for their work. The paver subcontractor (Mr. Rozival Sousa of Paver Performance, Lic #1060961) asked me what I paid for our paving contract... He gave me a *look*, then told me that he could have done it for half the price with the very same material and guarantees. Lesson learned. This company depends on the ignorance of the client. The subcontractor, and his team, did a reasonably nice job with our paving project. However, they were very sloppy with the concrete residue left behind on all edges of the paver boundaries. They also left lots of rock and sand that we had to clean up. We filled 3 large trash cans and still had more to go. Some sprinkler pipes were broken as well... However, those were repaired. For the price I (we) paid for this construction project, I certainly expected more attention to detail when it was all said and done. Would recommend this company to someone else? Probably not. Do your research! More importantly, take several bids from various companies. You will eventually discover that System Pavers is way overpriced."

"G&L came out to hardscape our lawn, planter box and driveway. Mike met with us a few times and gave us designs and layout for planter (and some drought resistant plants that will continue to grow). We also had a few meetings with Dee to discuss the schedule, design, paving stone samples (from Angeles stone), and address drainage solutions for the synthetic lawn. Very accommodating to our schedule - holding off for 2 weeks while we were out of town. Once work started, Carlos and his did a quick and superb job with demo, clearing, pavers and turf. They were all super friendly and answered any and all questions we had during the process. We're happy with result(s) and would recommend!"

"Crew arrived on time, were very efficient, did a great job (no asphalt "oopsies"), left our project clean, and so far (2 months) the slurry is holding up better than expected compared to previous slurry jobs we've had completed. Project was private drive for 4 homes, about 4,000 sf. Crew cleaned driveway w/blower, sealed cracks, laid down quality slurry mix, and shaved down a couple asphalt bumps (due to buried pipes) to level out the FS. All-in-all a quality job and will look forward to having Landmark Paving come back in 3 years or so to repeat same."
