Carla and her team were completely professional. As soon as they started the work, they kept us informed about everything, dealt with the landlord regarding the extent of damage and the money. Basically, they came into a very stressful situation and alleviated all of the stress. Their goal was to get the job complete quickly, accurately, and up to our standards. We are happy with the work done in our furnace/hvac closet where mold was discovered prior to installation of a new hvac unit. The service was quick, thorough, and professional. The workers and Oscar were helpful and thoughtful and friendly. We hired them after the source offered by the hvac people was WAY overpriced and we had to investigate other options. We made a good decision.

My problem was in a relatively small wall. It took approximately 5 -6 hours for the labor and 3 days for spore evacuation. The cost of mold removal and containment is expensive, but essentially a common and accepted process. These workers did a good job. The company also was a big help arranging a source for reconstruction of the drywall.
