"Out of the 3 companies I contacted for the project, CSI Paving was the first and most responsive of the 3. Their prices were competitive and they carried out the schedule as planned. There was a slight communication issue where we had asked for the front parking lot to be paved first, but instead, the entire lot was paved at once. Luckily, it was a warm day and the slurry dried quickly, so our customers could park back on the lot. The results look great. I will use them for again and recommend them to friends and family."

"Crew arrived on time, were very efficient, did a great job (no asphalt "oopsies"), left our project clean, and so far (2 months) the slurry is holding up better than expected compared to previous slurry jobs we've had completed. Project was private drive for 4 homes, about 4,000 sf. Crew cleaned driveway w/blower, sealed cracks, laid down quality slurry mix, and shaved down a couple asphalt bumps (due to buried pipes) to level out the FS. All-in-all a quality job and will look forward to having Landmark Paving come back in 3 years or so to repeat same."

"We hired Mike for an extensive overhaul of our master bathroom with a pressing timeline. Mike assured us they could meet the deadline, and true to their word, progress was evident almost every day. Remarkably, even with some impromptu additions to the project like a heated floor and towel rack, they seamlessly accommodated our requests and still managed to complete the project ahead of schedule. While I wasn't entirely enamored with the communication style of their design person, I later discovered that the individual is no longer with the company. This led me to believe that their departure might be attributed to a misalignment with the company's transparent approach. On the whole, I would confidently recommend their services!"
