"The terms of our contract the terms of our contract are what they are which means payment upon completion. We don't warranty against self damage by turning the tires and placement sharp objects are newly laid asphalt, and then the fact that they wanted us to come back and repair their damage tells you the kind of person we're dealing with."
"The work done by CSI Paving was done in the winter months and needed more curing time which it did not get due to the client opening the areas prematurely. CSI Paving went back several times to fix the areas (on this very small project) with the same results. We offered to go back in the warmer months to repair the areas again, but got the bad review instead. As you can see CSI Paving reviews are all excellent and we stand behind our work. Sorry this clients could not wait long enough for better weather for us to fix the SMALL areas."
"This customer was happy with our customer service and quality of work. He got competitive pricing from all other contractors and agreed CSI Paving was the best company. I really don't understand why the low review for price when we tried to be as fair as we could and even lowered the price. Sometimes peace of mind in paying a little more for a professional company is worth a lot more then the aggravation of hiring an unprofessional company to save money."
