"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."

His work is so impressive that we ended up having our entire house done with beautiful recessed lighting, hung several large chandeliers, accent lighting, & he was able to install several light fixtures in rooms where no lighting existed before! "The guys were great! They did an excellent job for me. One particular task was hanging a new chandelier. However, I wasn't sure if the one I really wanted to put up was going to work in my space. They patiently held the chandelier up to the ceiling (it was not light) while I tried to make up my mind. I had gotten an alternate for comparison. This was an expensive investment for me and I wanted it to be just right. I settled on my first choice, Tom installed it and it's perfect! I love my new pantry, and all of the other repairs which they did are really excellent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They were very nice and did a wonderful job.
