Neue Drywall

I hired this guy based my realtors husband recommendation. Neue came into my home and charged me $1200 for patching a ceiling approx 2ft. long and the primary reason I paid him so much was he billed himself as the guy that could make the outline of a door frame that came thru the Sheetrock go away. We had to go out of town so we gave him a key to do the job and unfortunately left a check as well. When we came home and still could clearly see the door frame showing through we thought he hadn't finished yet. I called him and he said sure he would come over but needed another check. I reminded him that he already got the check for the job and his response was ya but if I wanted it fixed he needed another check. I tried to take him to small claims court twice and he ignored the notification. I am now filling a formal complaint against him with the state. When I started the process I found that his License had been placed on hold do to support issues. Please don't let this guy fool you . I

Forrest is great to work with. Very conscientious. Looks great and he was knowledgeable about the products he used. Had a little trouble connecting the first time, but after that everything was timely and correct. Would use him again and recommend him to others.

call in July to ask spoke to them about their service since no one in Truckee would return my call. called back in August when I was ready and sent them pics and dimensions via e-mail. rec'd quote and they were there the next week. completed the job in a couple of days and did awesome job. asked to re-texture one wall and they did so @ no charge. no dust and informed me of one area that they couldn't take care of. can't thank them enough. awesome.

Was prompt. Gave a clear quote. Did the work as described and a couple of little things that weren't part of the original quote. Left everything clean. Great job.
