Have used them in the past and was happy to use them again for a small job of getting a ring floodlight/camera combo wired for an outbuilding that didn't have easy power access. Made sure it was working and pointed the right places. Quick, efficient, personable & tidy. My go to electrical people.

Did a solid job on my rental home.

We needed an electrician somewhat urgently to help repair a neutral wire connection in our meter after SCL uncovered the issue and turned off our power. Allyssa was able to shift us in their schedule to send a technician on the same day. Micah arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and was able to clearly explain the situation and describe our options and possible outcomes. They helped us with the permit/inspection after SCL said one was necessary to get our power turned back on. Despite our situation, it was a great experience working with In-House Electrical.

In-house installed new smoke detectors at our home. Within 1 week the detectors began alarming in the middle of the night. The electricians returned 3 times & could not correct the problem. When I looked at reviews of the detectors it was obvious many customers had the same problem with this brand of detectors. When I told In-house that the product was faulty they stopped returning our calls and we never heard from them again. We paid them a lot of money & they made our house unlivable. After 6 months we gave up on In-house and hired another company to install all new smoke detectors & they work great!

The guys from In-House Electric were able to fix the shoddy work I had received from another company years ago. I finally have outside sockets that should work for years to come under Notthwest weather conditions.

Communication was top notch from the office staff to the seasoned technicians that performed the work (dedicated circuit for a kitchen appliance) They were able to get it done quickly and professionally, and the necessary permit was handled as well. The service was fine. I have yet to receive a copy of the paid invoice that was supposed to be sent via email

We spent weeks troubleshooting our dryer issue. I was very relieved when our technician, David, was able to repair the outlet and loose connections in the electrical panel after the diagnostic. I was happy with the price, response time, and overall experience!

Problem still exists.
