He replaced overhead lighting in my kitchen at a very reasonable cost and I am very happy with the result. "Excellent. I have used this company for annual maintenance in the past, and they just completed a full replacement of my heating/air system and ducts. Historically, the technicians have always been on time, professional and knowledgeable. My 16 year old system was not working correctly, so, I had the tech come out to check it out. It was having electrical/board issues (end of life), so, a sales person came to go over options. There was no hard sell. He wanted to know how I used my system, heating preferences, fan usage, etc. We reviewed the various models and selected the one that would meet my needs and my budget. For installation, I had a full team (approx 6 people) to complete the installation and duct work. Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. The team manager checked in several times during the day to make sure everything was going well. Even the sales person stopped in to make sure everything was going as planned. We have insulation in our attack so they had to be careful to minimize the mess. They did and vacuumed the work areas before they left. Overall I am very satisfied with the sales and installation process. I plan to continue using them for annual maintenance and highly recommend them."
