They and their families sacrificed their time and committed all that they had to their business, through hard work, responsibility, guarantee, honesty and always looking for the client’s complete satisfaction, their work load increased in a matter of months and they were able to do away with their job at the construction company and open Best Hardwood Flooring. Their sample selection was very impressive, by far the best of all the stores we visited. Yaqueline was very attentive and helpful during that first visit, and provided us with several samples to take home and consider. Once we had made our decision on a product, we went over pricing, and found that they offered the best price for the flooring product we had selected, which was a higher-end Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring (and we did check around on that pricing..). Jaqueline then arranged for Caesar to come out and take measurements at our home, and provided us with a few quotes covering some options ranging from Best doing all of the work, to quotes resulting in a reduction in some of the costs by performing a portion of the preliminary preparation work ourselves, which I had requested of her and found to be very helpful. Once we made our decision to go with Best and had them place the materials orders, they provided us with a schedule for the job, and an estimated duration before completion. The job was then booked per our scheduling preference. On the scheduled day, Mario and Juan showed up on time to begin the job. We could not be happier with the result of their workmanship, and we are absolutely delighted with our new flooring! " Hiring Bellagio Granite and Quartz for our remodel was a huge mistake. We needed floors, countertops, and shower tile done by May 18, 2025, for our move-in, but it was a disaster. After hours, we found my husband?s tools missing and beer cans everywhere?one made into a smoking pipe. We told Francisco, the manager, who shrugged it off. Tools were returned, but it set a bad tone. The shower was a mess: they mismeasured the wall, leaving a gap they hid with a flimsy tile strip. We found they used caulk, not thin-set mortar, which is wrong and risky. Their second try cracked a tile by cutting it dry (should be wet) and they asked if we?d use it. No way! By May 18, no shower. I had to babysit their third try?they skipped waterproofing and surface prep. I translated via phone to make them fix it. Done May 21, they demanded $500 extra on top of $12,000. We refused. Work was okay only because I watched them. Despite some good reviews, Bellagio was sloppy and unprofessional. Avoid them."
