I had used another garage door company in Redwood Valley for years and had nothing but service issues, calls not returned, excuses why springs were continually breaking and finally realized that it was never properly installed and decided to take a chance with Superior Garage Door. He came out when he was suppose to, did what was promised, and all the issues that I have been fighting since day one since the purchase of the garage door have finally been resolved.
