He took the time to measure all the rooms inside the house to accurately determine what size of unit would be needed. At first, we had decided to do both heating and a/c, signing the contract and writing a check. Couple days later, we changed our minds and only had the furnace installed. Allen and his office worked with Costco in order to change the contract, and also to refund our money for the cancelled a/c part of the job. They did an excellent installation, finishing everything in one day. I would highly recommend Alps based on our experience."
