"We have them do the pest control around the house (outside).  They came and spray everywhere outside of the property.  We have an annual contract with them.  They will come every quarter.  We like them because they claimed they use eco friendly pesticide.  No complain as of yet.  They used the internet to sent us the receipt and what service they did.

Because they prefer to stay hidden during the day in secluded areas like walls or attics, you are more likely to spot signs of their presence—such as droppings or gnaw marks—before you see an actual rat.
