"5 Stars! Class act! True professionals! We have a large home that had been invaded by bats. And when I say invaded, I mean a nasty, smelly, wall and roof damaging invasion. Our whole house smelled like cats had peed all over for years. It was the bat urine and guano in our walls and roof! I learned that because bats are a protected species, there is a season and a very specific process for removing them and then correcting the damage they leave behind. I quickly realized that this was not a one man type of job. The entire team at WBS worked diligently with me for months as we worked with the insurance company, conducted exclusion work, submitted reports, met with insurance adjusters for inspection after inspection. They were always happy to take my call, answer all my questions (and I had A LOT of questions!), and schedule work to my convenience. They arrived on time every time, worked for 10 to 12 hours a day to keep their promise of completing the job in 3 days, communicated with me throughout the entire process and treated me and our home with respect. They tore out walls, replaced sheet rock, repainted and even happily took on extra projects I kept adding to the list. Our home is now bat free and smells clean and fresh! I cannot say enough good things about the entire team at Western Bat Specialists. From the ladies at the corporate office who were in constant communication with me on the phone and email, to the foreman and his crew who did the physical work at our house. Stellar human beings!
