Service technician did a good job. But we continued to have some lingering problems. He was very polite and professional. However, management was not! They were defensive uncooperative , and disrespectful.

They were very responsive and did the work quickly.

Smooth as could be. They took care of the problem, gave me information on what to do, and we set up recurring visits.

The people there are very nice to work with. They are very cooperative with scheduling.

We are very pleased with their service and professionalism. Their office is run efficiently and our inspector is pleasant and professional. Every aspect of their service is excellent and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anyone.

When we bought our house over 5 years ago, they had a termite policy through Orkin and we also have a rental unit that we use them for. We continue with the termite control for both and they also come every other month for pest control outside. We pay for each visit. The yearly contract is $225. They are very prompt and we like everybody that works there. They do a good job and if we ask them to do something extra, they always do whatever we need done when they are here. We've had a couple of problems with ants after it rains and they will come out the next day.
