Just fine. They got rid of the ants. We have lived here 18 years and I think probably this guy has been the same one that has come up for about the last 10 years so he knows what he is doing. He came without even calling him its like an automatic thing up here. He is pretty good chap.

It has been fine. I've been using them for 6 or 7 years. They did a reasonable job initially when we had bugs. They came right out when we had problems.

It has been just fine. They are dependable and they do what they are going to do. They are good with my dogs when they have to go through the yard. They say they will be here between 10-5 and the guy that comes is local so he is more definitive about what time he is going to come. He calls personally and gives me a more definitive time on when he is going to come out or if he is going to be late. I can call him and work those things out personally. I don't have any complaints about them at all.

I just cancelled my contract with them. I had a contract with them for a year. The chemical that they used, they told me it was not harmful to animals once it's dried. After they sprayed, my cat had a seizure in the area where they sprayed. I told them that I was satisfied that they had gotten rid of all the bugs but there is a company in my town who does not use environmentally harmful chemicals, so I will use them now. I called them yesterday to cancel the service. They killed all the bugs and I had a lot of black widows, so I was satisfied with that. The first spray that they did cost a hundred and twenty five dollars, and that was for outside inside and then the maintenance for once a month was thirty five dollars. The last time they came out was couple of weeks ago. I would give them an 'A' because they got rid of the black widows but the danger to my cat is what made me not want to use them again. They are just one in a handful of companies that make you sign a contract. I wouldn't use them again because of the chemicals that they use.

We have been using them for 15 years. They are really good. We like them and were able to take care of a mouse problem. There were 2 different employes came out. The manger came out to make sure it was done property. They were very prompt. Chris is normally the exterminator who takes care of everything for us. They come out once a month and spray around our house and every year they do an yearly inspection inside the house. They always make sure everything is okay. They have also been treating for termites too. They come out every 3-6 months for that. They leave us a map of where they are and it gets treated once a year that they put into the ground. Any time we have any troubles, they are here within 2-3 days and they never make you wait either. They always go the extra mile for us. They are very professional and customer oriented.

They gave me a good price, and they were very responsive. They gave me an estinsive and through estimate. I was pleased.

I am very happy with Terminix and the services performed by its technicians. Their customer service is outstanding and I would not hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.

I would recommend them.  We’ve never had any bug problems.  We’ve had them come back a couple times in between services and they haven’t charged us.  It doesn’t matter if I’m home or not; they can treat it when I’m not here.  If I ask for inside service, then I’m home.

I have used them for years. Their contractor is especially good if you have them for termites. He came out with traps in hand. He showed me how to set them. The guy knows me quite well.

They always do a good thorough job and they come back if you have any problems.  I will continue to use them again in the future.

We have underground termites here, they come out and treat around your house, and we have a yearly contract with them.  This year we have mice and they had to treat for rodent control.  We went to the hardware store, but, we could never catch them.  Terminix used a giant glue pad and it got them.  They are professional, we've dealt with them 15 years, if we call them, they will come out today or tomorrow, and we've been pretty happy with them.  I give them high ratings and will continue to use them in the future. 

I have them on a contract.  They come out 4 times a year.  I don't know how much they charge me.  They are probably too much price-wise.  The quality of work is good.

We originally had three different termites in our property and we entered into a three year contract at a discounted rate so that we were covered for the three year period of time. We actually also had a new thing that they added like they used to blow installation into the ad deck and the roof. We took advantage of that offer that they had too and we were probably one of the newer customers for that as they were just starting to do all that. The only things that we felt like we had some niche was we stopped using them fro pest control on a monthly basis. They were okay but it wasn’t like something that we couldn’t deal with ourselves but it was an extra expense for something when we could do something much better on our own.

I really like them. They have a very good service. I have an old house and for $54 a month I have a contract to do all pest control and termite. That covers the insurance too. They will take care of the termites and any damage done by termites. I thought it was really a good deal for an old house. The contract is open-ended. I would definitely recommend them. They do free inspections once a year. I have paid $1,500 in the past to try to prevent termites so I don't think this is a very high price to pay.
