I'd give them an "A" across the board and the guy is great too. We had a contract with another company and they could never get rid of them. Brown's got rid of them the 1st time. I would absolutely recommend them.

They were fantastic! Dave was thorough, professional, and very knowledgeable. His staff were prompt, courteous and worked quickly and efficiently. They also made certain to explain what they were doing and ensured that I felt comfortable calling them should other problems crop up before our next regular service. I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service.

Pretty lousy customer response. Although sprayed bi-monthly as instructed, called 2x for bait traps for mice in attice. Told he would have svc man deliver them. No response, no delivery, no help. We fired them and have signed a contract with Hunter's Pest Ctrl in Paradise, CA. So far they are great.

I used them last month to spray the exterior and inspect for mice or bugs. They also sprayed for ants inside the house and they had to come out several times for the problem.They didn't charge me extra for having to return for the same issue. They come to your home and you don't have to be there, they are reliable and everyone I have met with the company has been very nice. They are quick to respond to any problems you may have.

We use him continuously as we have rentals as well. We last used him a month ago. He is just an all round community interested person who does a good job. He sponsored for my granddaughters soccer team last year. He is just involved with the community. I have not heard anybody say that they have a company that is better than him. He gives a little break to seniors. There is nothing that he has done wrong and he is there right away. He doesn't have a great big company and once in a while when somebody gets sick the punctuality gets hit.
