I called Clark because a rat was destroying things (like my washing machine) in my garage. They came out the same day, which was great. The problem is I had to sign a year long contract amounting to over $600 before he would do anything at all. I have no other pest problem besides the rat. I was desperate so I signed. He never checked my attic because he didn't have a tall enough ladder. He set some traps behind things and that was it. He caught a rat, I fixed the places where they were getting in and that was the end of it. Except that I still am billed every two months for $87.
I suppose he shows up, but I don't know what he does as the ants are still alive and well and they are the only other pestlike thing around here. The traps are still set in my garage so my dog can't go there. I believe the rat problem is gone and I 'm thankful for that, truly. Recently I spoke with a rep on the phone and told her I wanted to discontinue my service and she told me that it was good insurance against getting pests in the future. I repeated that I would like to discontinue service, and she finally said that she didn't have authority to do that. I would have to talk to her supervisor and she said she would have her call me. That was a week ago and I have yet to receive that phone call. I know I was at fault for signing the contract, but I think people should be aware that is the deal with this company and if you are not going to want ongoing pest eradication you should call a different company.

UPDATE: Today I received a call from the supervisor. He listened, and although he encouraged me to continue the service, he was very kind and understanding when I said I really did want to discontinue it. I told him I realized that I had signed a contract, but I really hoped I could get out of it. He said that of course I could and he would take care of it right away. I was impressed by him.

At our previous residence, when we used them when we were there, we actually did notice quite a few black widows and they got rid of them pretty easily. Here, we didn't have much of a problem. We started using them because we just wanted to maintain that.

On time, pleasant and professional. They provide my regular pest control service. Couldn't be more pleased at their responsiveness, thoroughness, and professionalism. They also recently surveyed and sealed all possible rodent entry points to the attic.

We have used this service provider before. We were pleased with the service then, and we are pleased now. Sorry. We are not in to long stories, true or not.

The man that comes out, David, is so nice and friendly. He said anytime I need anything to call and he will come right out.

They are wonderful.

I like them very much. They are very thorough and make sure to dust up everything and go around the house cleaning up. They came right out and took care of an ant problem I had. Their prices are very good. If I find any kind of bug they will come right out without any extra charge. They let me know what kind of insect there might be at times. During the regular service they come out depending where I am on their list but if I need someone to come out before that they are prompt. They are very professional.

They charge $80 every other month. The price seems comparable to everybody else. They seem to do a pretty good job. If we have a problem they will come right back out at no additional charge. They are very responsive. If I call they usually come that day or the next day. We've been using them for years.

The folks at Clark's are prompt, really prompt. It was easy to set up an appointment, they showed up, told me what they could cover and what they would do to remove pests and after a little sticker shock for the initial visit ($135) plus bi-monthly rate ($80), I've been very happy with the results. Rats are disappearing. Probably won't notice as much improvement with the other pests this time of year, but I expect that I will later.

For the money that we spent, we got really good personal service from the company. They came very regularly and checked in. It was very homey. The price shown is per month.
