Throughout the process he kept me updated with clear ETAs, which was a huge relief since I was coordinating everything remotely for my boss. Once on-site, he called to explain what he found: a clogged drain line. He cleaned it, but when the unit still leaked, he dug deeper and discovered a more complex pipe issue. Knowing I’m no HVAC expert, he followed up with a detailed text (complete with pictures) so I could relay the exact problem to a plumber and give my boss a precise status report. The best part?
