We had two men come out (I'm bad with names, but I think one was Bill) ON TIME! and both were very knowledgeable and explained every step to my husband so that he could understand what they were doing. They did not try to oversell anything or make us do unnecessary fixes, and they were reasonably priced (around the nation avg. price).
