Supreme Remodeling IncI worked with Supreme Remodeling last year to rebuild house for me in Burbank last year. It was a long and arduous project that involved demolishing 50% of an old house down to the studs and then building an attached addition from the ground up. I sent out my completed architectural plans to at least 15 different companies, and took interviews with many of them. Received bids from maybe 5-6 different ones. Here's what the difference was. First of all, Micky the owner of Supreme remodeling took the initial meeting himself. He was in no way pushy or salesy in any way. He was patient (it took a month for me to come to a decision). I was able to look at ACTIVE construction projects that he had going on. He was extremely knowledgeable on all of the new building trends and he has a good eye for design. Once I signed on, it took about 9-10 months to complete. He has a good roster of subcontractors that he works with. But his inside guys Eddie and Ronell are outstanding. In the end the real difference that sets Supreme apart has to be the service. Micky and his staff are very available and responsive. Even on a Sunday night he's active and communicating the following weeks work. If there's an issue he's on top of it. And even though the initial cost of the project was high, you definitely get what you pay for and to be honest, it is a very common experience to have contractors to offer you a lower price just to rope you into a situation where they constantly barrage you with extra charges during the project because they weren't "in the contract". All in all I would definitively work with Micky and supreme again in the future on any projects that I have coming up.- Frank C.

Construction MastersConstruction Masters did not disappoint us for having them remodel our Beverly Hills home. Moshe, Mickey, and their crews remodeled all seven of our bathrooms and kitchen. They were very prompt in answering all of our questions, followed up with our requests quickly, and always had a great attitude. They were very patient and explained everything about the process. We were very impressed with the detail of their craft. They were also able to incorporate our decoration ideas into their work. The quality of their work is superb. Construction MastersMoshe, Mickey and the guys at Construction Masters did a stellar job on our huge home remodel. We added a second story to our small 2-1 craftsman bungalow in Westwood, nearly doubling it in size. We also moved a kitchen and living room wall and completely gutted our very old kitchen. We basically rebuilt the entire home, while doing out best retain and restore the character of our older home. We had tried to start this process over a few years, running into snags and unethical contractors along the way, and are so happy that we landed in the capable hands of this team. At every step along the way, we felt honestly communicated with and cared for on a personal level. They were top notch as well as courteous and considerate of our neighbors. Not only did they do a remarkable job and make our house the talk of the neighborhood, they went above and beyond to really be sure we were always 100% happy with all of the work being done. Even with the pandemic hitting right in the middle of our project, they managed to finish within our original timeline as promised. SOD Home GroupI recently purchased a fixer, and I wanted to rebuild everything and to place it back in the market for sale. The project included removing all the interior up to the studs and to change also the layout so it will have a large open space and modern.I got 6 estimates when trying to find a contractor to do a large project, and this was my first sign that Oren and SOD Home Group were a step above all the rest. The other estimates came as a price estimate through a text message and via phone calls, and nothing more. Oren completed a full scope-of-work in the contract, while paying attention to my wants and needs for the work. He presented the 3D design contract in a branded folder with additional forms and instructions and went over it with me for several hours. Oren set the expectation of what materials I needed to purchase and what he would supply at the onset and pointed me toward where to purchase many high-quality materials at a good price. If I had questions about pricing or materials, he was available via phone, text or facetime to consult and let me know if I should purchase it or if he could find a better price for a similar product.Once the work began, it proceeded quickly and Oren handled all the coordination from start to finish. His wonderful teams were thorough and polite while on site, answering all my questions and taking my requests or suggestions into consideration. End result- the new house looks amazing! I couldn’t be happier. I’m a real estate agent so I work with a lot of different contractors and I can tell you most of them are horrible. SOD Home Group pays attention to the business and customer relations aspects, not only the work to be done, and that means a lot to me. SOD Home GroupWe hired SOD Home Group for a full home remodeling, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Within a couple days of contacting them, Oren and his designer were at our house taking measurements and putting together all of their ideas. I think they came over 3 times for about several hours each, completely free before we approved and signed the project. The spent time and extra attention was THE main reason we felt good about moving forward with SOD Home Group.The overall process took longer than expected, but nearly all the delays were waiting on the city for permits or appliances delayed because of Covid.Each and every worker at the teams that came to the house wore masks and always laid out protective plastic and paper as to not damage any personal items. The workers were all super friendly and always cleaned up after each day.My wife and I changed our mind a few times throughout the remodeling, and it was always well received by Oren and the office staff. We even received a couple changes complimentary because Oren was so generous.Overall, we are beyond happy with the final remodeling product we got and our new home looks stunning and it has made the most used rooms in our house 100x more enjoyable to be in. Construction MastersHome remodeling is always difficult territory. You want it done right. We worried about finding someone who would make our vision possible. Moshe made all our worries and fears disappear. He is an incredible general contractor with great knowledge of what needs to be done. Not only on the construction side, but also on the design side as well. He was able to start our project earlier than expected and finish before the deadline. We had multiple projects we wanted to complete, it made sense to go with a general contractor, so we did not have to deal with multiple workers/people getting in each other’s way. Everything ran smoothly through Moshe's direction. He was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to get done and how it needed to be done. We had new ADU built from scratch. A kitchen remodel in the main house, recessed lighting put into the living room and rec room, fireplace tore out and redone, new shelving and cabinets installed in the living room and rec room. We also had a washer/dryer moved from one location to another. If we need future work done to our house, I will hire Moshe back in a heartbeat. In-person, everyone is very nice. Install went smoothly, functioned first day, I mentioned the difference in height of filter and were assured they would be back to address. System died next day. Company came back, investigated, and ordered a replacement condenser. System seemed to work. However fan could not be controlled separately. I had another company come in to give an apples-to-apples quote based on the serial numbers, and they found several installation issues - including unable to change filters, inadequate return airflow, etc. HomeComfortUSA returned, moved thermostat closer to unit for an easier wiring fix and added platform so the filter could be changed but did not address the filter size. They did nothing to address the return airflow and the unit iced up. HomeComfortUSA claimed competitor quote was not apples-to-apples, as the equipment quote was not for the same Gold system that I was to receive but a couple significant levels cheaper. Now I suspect that I didn't receive the correct equipment from HomeComfortUSA. After I sent pictures of the filters, serial numbers, HomeComfortUSA stopped responding to emails, so I would try someone else. I have tried communicating through several Service Advisors, Installation crew, and chat/hotline. I found out that did not have any issues logged in their system. HomeComfortUSA wanted an on-site visit to review my concerns, instead of relying on photos. After scheduling a visit weeks in advance, the evening before HomeComfort notified me that their representative might not be able to attend, stating that they might need to meet remotely. They did not show or subsequently contact me. HomeComfortUSA appears to be unwilling to stand by their low-price pledge, and additionally may have installed a far cheaper version of equipment, and filter- and are avoiding discussion/investigation.

The technician was very polite, they sent me his picture before he arrived so I knew who to look for. He put on special rubber shoes when he was in the house so he wouldn’t dirty my floors. He explained what I needed in the future, and I signed up for another year‘s contract. I have used Cypress Heating and Air for many years on my home and rentals and have always been satisfied with their service.

I called the company knowing that the starting capacitor for the condenser motor needed to be replaced. ( I have an electronics background) I had a picture of the blown capacitor to send them but they didn't want to see it and said they wanted the tech to come and give an estimate the next day. The problem was that I had a Zoom meeting set and HAD to have the unit repaired. the tech came, assessed the problem, and said I needed a starting capacitor, which I knew was normally a $25 to $35 item. When I asked how much he said $400 plus he wanted to sell me another item to protect the capacitor for $350. I said no way to that. I told him I knew how much the capacitor cost but he said "oh no, trust me sir". I was stuck. I'd waited for him to arrive (late) and now I had to pay his price. Afterwards I looked on Amazon and found the unit for....$25. I bought a backup for next time so I can install it. I don't trust this company. Be careful.

Dave Sandoval, VP of LBHA, sent me a proposal, was very professional, flexible and honest. My attic space was too small to install central H/A so Dave suggested the Samsung Ductless Split Systems for the rooms. I am very pleased with their work, professionalism, my tenants are happy and I will refer Long Beach Heating and Air to friends!

My Carrier unit was due for it's maintenance so I called All Four Season's A/C and Heating. My wife and I were a bit concerned about having someone come and work on our unit during Covid but we were EXTREMELY happy with the precautions and service we were provided. The technician (Jesse) came on time, he was dressed in protective gear and was thorough and knowledgeable about our unit. He had asked us several times if we had any questions he could answer and was happy to explain to us how he serviced our unit (Carrier with Zones).
