John honored all of his commitments to us even though the project grew as we went along. They were excellent at cleaning up at the end of each work day and leaving things in usable condition for us over night. "First of all, this guy is a certificated ARBORIST! He knows trees!  This was very important to me.  I didn't want "some guy with a chainsaw" to tell me the trees had to come down.  
After looking over the trees and their location, he told me that the trees would continue their secondary growth and that growth would push up the pavers in the yard, and even if the pavers were reinstalled the secondary growth would push them up again over time.  He gave me some options to consider.
He is based out of central Orange County and because of distance, he declined to do work in Bellflower which was disappointing.

"Kevin works with an extensive team of seasoned professionals who know their craft. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful throughout. 
We went over our initial budget, partly because some electrical problems from an earlier renovation arose that needed repairing, and partly because we added a number of bells and whistles after the initial estimate. But for example, the custom maple cabinetry cost far less than we were quoted elsewhere and included a lot of special touches, such as an appliance garage, a cutlery drawer, and a pull-out, multi-shelf spice drawer. 
At each step in the process, Kevin kept us apprised of costs and got our approval before any work was done. And for all the extras we requested during construction, we had a brand-new kitchen just a couple of days after the original estimated completion date. We couldn?t be happier with the results. Metro builders did it again!!!

Simply perfect, start to finish, so smooth, so fast and my mom so happy she

can move in.

In less then 3 Months Metro builders and the amazing Erez who supervise the all project, as he promised the job site always so clean, ordering the materials on time so no delays, the way he manage the workers and the chemistry between all.

The kitchen came so pretty, the bathroom with the handicap accesses for my mom, the non slippery floor covering.
