We were somewhat unsure of exactly how we wanted the room, so Mr Dougherty helped us by showing several options that would work for our Mother-in-law studio addition. The room is absolutely beautiful! I love the flooring and custom tile work Neill created for the kitchen and restroom. Neill kept us up with all stages of the project, and was very accommodating and polite about my changes and "ideas" along the way. He even had an fantastic designer help me with Interior decoration after the apartment was ready! There has not been any issue we had to call back about. We will hire Mr Dougherty for any future building or remodeling we need! We highly recommend him for any project or home build."

"I hired Landmark construction & energy crew for a 650 sq/ft. of living room addition. Before we hired them, we already had all the necessary plans on hand including all the secured building permits with the city. When it comes to workmanship and speed, I must admit that landmark construction was very fast while investing extra attention to perfection. All the teams of workers worked fast even when it came to fixes and adjustments. They replaced the wood floor with new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire ceiling and one living room wall and blended new stucco on the exterior wall. The new addition required new foundation, framing, and window installation. We are thoroughly content with all the work that was completed by landmark construction & energy crew. 1) they made sure to cover everything all around the working area in order to prevent damages and extra work due to paint spots and dust from all the sanding. 2) They came to work on a daily basis and few times they skipped work BUT they made sure to confirm that 2 days ahead. This was very responsible from them to do. 3) Charlie the Project Manager was available and reached all the time. When he couldn’t talk or answered, he called within the hour. In regards to pricing… the price that we got from Landmark construction & energy crew was in the middle range. Charlie came over to the house several times to discuss about the details and the process of the project, and after that he start working on the estimate."
