About us
We are a full service General Contractor. We do new construction and remodels as well as deck replacements and home repairs. We do all phases of construction from the ground up to finish, and do most phases of construction and sub trades in house. We also have in house design staff, and can take your project from concept through permitting until completion. We also have experience dealing with the banking and insurance industries and can help you through these difficult processes.

We have been in business since 1980 and in Nevada County since 2003. We have worked on 1890's Historic remodels, Room additions, New construction. We have built by the coast, in the foothills, and in the mountains well above the snowline. Certified with Build it Green, and Certified Green Building Advisor. We use minimal waste practice, material reuse and recycling wherever possible to minimize our impact.
