It was excellent, very dependable, they cleaned up after themselves, they know what they are doing, Gustavo is very knowledgeable.

Jose and his guys did an awesome job. Our house was in bad shape but Jose fixed all our dry rot, put up new siding and helped finish our porch off. We couldn’t be happier. He gave us the best price, worked really hard and his attention to detail was excellent. Jose is one of the nicest guys you’ll meet. We will definitely be using LD construction again.

Excellent, Josue the owner is very skilled with excellent visionary abilities to design useful and beautiful projects. His workers are also very skilled, the concrete finish work and stamping he accomplished was the best I have seen. He was very resourceful at resolving any challenges throughout the construction process. He will be doing more work for me in the near future. LD provides quality work at a fair price.

This is the first time we have used LD Construction and we're very pleased with the results. Owner Josue ("Ho-sway") offered to come and give an estimate (in the rain!) the same day we contacted him. His price was the lowest of the three contractors we had bids from, including the addition of two steps we wanted that the others said would increase the cost significantly. The crew showed up on schedule and had the 18 concrete piers installed by the end of the first day. The job was completed within the estimated 4 days as quoted, and the result is a strong deck that will last for decades. The excess materials were returned by Josue to the dealer and credited to our account. I would not hesitate to use his services again for other home repair or improvement projects. A good experience all around.

A friend had recommended LD Construction to us. We contacted Gustavo the owner and he came out to look at our project. We were not entirely sure what we wanted to do and he offered suggestions. After plans were drawn up and a price agreed on, work was scheduled. He showed up when he said he would and the project went smoothly. Gustavo was very accommodating as several times the design was changed or modified. The project went quick and the end resalt was beautiful. We really enjoyed working with Gustavo and plan on having LD Costruction come back this spring and summer for another project.

Smooth I was very happy with the process even worked out in the snow and rain to complete job. Will tell my friends and family! To hire Josue!
