"I hired Hillcrest Landscaping owned by Saul Martinez to repair or replace our old sprinkler heads and pour some concrete to finish up a sidewalk. That was in September and I have regretted it since. Do not hire this company. He is not trustworthy. He left on a Friday, said he would be back on Monday to finish up the work. I know you don't pay until the job is done but I did it and I won't do it again. Lesson learned. He got paid to finish the job and didn't. No phone call from anyone from Hillcrest Landscaping. Roy overpromised and underdelivered. The team that came to do the physical work, led by Hugo, was fine, but I expected a professional service that included both design and supervision ? not something I had to manage myself. I was also charged $185 for a tree rose without being told its price in advance, adding to my dissatisfaction. Overall, I had a very bad experience with Roy and Nick. They are dishonest, and you may end up with a much higher bill than initially quoted. I wish I had researched their reviews more carefully before hiring them, and I would not recommend them."
