"Homeowners insurance sent them out. Snaked away from the house, I asked if he wanted to look inside, and he said he didn't need to. Everything backed up that night, same problem. Called again they said they would need to run a camera down the line, homeowners' insurance wouldn't pay for it. We rented a snake from Home Depot, pulled the toilet and found the blockage along with a broken pipe under the house. When homeowners' insurance is going to send out Jet Plumbing ask for a different company or fix it yourself. Worst Service Ever."
