We recently faced a stressful situation: needing a sewer line replacement while our house was in escrow. After reaching out to numerous plumbing companies who wouldn't even return our calls, Roto-Rooter was a breath of fresh air. They were always easy to get ahold of, and Doug and his crew did an excellent job. Doug was incredibly communicative, keeping us updated on their progress, and they finished the job before our escrow closed. We especially appreciated Doug's honesty about the necessary repairs and costs. Not only did they provide a permanent pipe replacement, but their solution was also less expensive than another company's quote for a temporary fix. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter for their professionalism and reliability!

Had 3 issues 1 major wall leak 1 minor sink leak plus new fixture install. Tech John tackled multi layered problems effectively and efficiently. We are extremely satisfied with highly competent Service!

Michael was very professional and helpful with the situation that I had with my kitchen sink. He showed me a few things that were done for unclogging and getting the garbage disposal working. He was a nice guy with a friendly attitude. I would use him again in the future.

John was awesome! Super communicative and transparent. He helped me navigate an emergency situation while dealing with another emergency situation at the same time.

Called at 07:30 am was told they be available at 10:30 am, they arrived a little after 09:30am and was finished by a little after 10:30 am. Eric seems like a very professional plumer.

Update:  Lindy from Roto Rooter called me this morning and told me that they had indeed sent me by email an invoice for the work performed.  I asked her what email address they had used.  It turned out to be the wrong email address, and they sent me a corrected email, this morning.

We called this provider because they are listed with a good rating.  They did come the same day which we appreciated.  We had removed the toilet to try a home snake that didn't work.  The service man said we saved about $600 by removing it ourselves. He was doing his business job by trying to sell us other services but the prices were outrageous so we will not call them back.  When he was writing up the invoice I said we were Angies List members and he said the $30 discount was old and offer by the previous owner.  He did give us a $10 senior discount however.

It went great!  The plumber (Jim, the manager) came over and I showed him the sinks and explained the problem.  He immediately gave me quotes on what it would cost to fix everything and was very transparent about the whole process.  He worked quickly and was out of here in 45 minutes.  I would definitely call them again! 

They found a mass of roots in my clean out, and at my Septic Tack entrance that had be completely overlooked (ignored) by the prior septic company about 30 days earlier, who were paid to "clean out he septic clean out (twice in 30 days), and to get my septic system working gain, which they said needed to be pumped AND have the drainage system cleaned/replaced!

They dug down to the septic tank, opened it at one end, and no standing water, opened the clean out, and saw the standing water less than 6 inches down, excavated the area between the clean out and the tank, to ensure they got all the roots, removed the old clean out, and the side walk around it, cleaned out all the roots and replaced all the soil... something else the other septic company had declined to do (not part of their job .... they only excavate, they don't restore ("the owners generally want to do that") ... FYI, I'm female and single, and over 60.   So guess what, I didn't want to do that, but did restore most of that excavated dirt from the prior septic company.

Plus, the prior septic company (when I called them to ask them this month, how long their warranty was for the work they had done at my home ... they said 30 days.  I was out of warranty!

Rotor Rooter clearly stated their work is guaranteed for one year!

Bryan come to the house quickly when we called on Friday and gave us the choice of cleaning out the system from the roof vent that day or he would come back first thing on Saturday and install the clean out for us and then get the system up and running. We chose to have the clean-out installed as it was only about $100 more then running the snake down the roof vent. He was prompt contacting us on Saturday morning and at the house before 9AM. The work was done and we were back up and running before 11AM. He recommended scoping the line as well to determine what was causing the problems as the line appeared to be damaged based on the snaking result but since we need to get to the airport that afternoon we decided to call him about that once we returned. Overall we were very pleased with the service and quality of the work and will definitely be calling them to recommend any  further upgrades that need to be made to the system once we return from vacation.

Called at 8:30amSunday. Had call back within 10 minutes. ETA. 15 minutes. Arrived in that time and done in 20 minutes. Pleasant professional young man arrived and went right to work. Very impressed with whole experience.

Cleaned mainline from our home to street sewer connect, ran a camera to show a slight breach in connecting pipe. Quick and efficient and charged regular rate though serviceman showed up after hours. Very personable and quick.

Tenant calls me at 4:45 telling me the sewer line is clogged.  Roto-Rooter arrived in under an hour and took about an hour to unclog the line.  Very fast work and they take credit cards too.  I had to pay emergency rates so it would be cheaper if during working hours.

My downstairs shower drain was completely clogged and Drano was not fixing it.  I called RotoRooter and they sent someone out the same day.  The plumber was very friendly and professional and had the problem fixed in a half hour.  I would definitely use them again! 

All interactions were polite, and the employees were respectful and pleasant. They followed through with the plan they described to us. Very little hassle.

I was very impressed with Chad, who came from Roto-Rooter.  He was knowledgeable about the problem as well as  the best way to resolve the problem.  He had the appropriate equipment and knew exactly how to tackle and resolve the issue of the clogged exterior drain.  I would definitely use Chad from Roto-Rooter for an exterior drainage problem.  (I checked B for price, as the amount seemed reasonable for the job that was performed;  however, if this rate applies to all plumbing services, the charge is quite high.) ( We were told to expect a service person by 12:30 and at 12:30 had neither seen nor heard from Roto-Rooter.  I called and was told that the service person was finishing something and I would be the next call, which was about 1:120.  Thus, the B for punctuality.)

They had a special going on and they did an excellent job.  They were very thorough and were pretty pleased.

Sewer line was backed up. The service rep ran a snake down the drain but was unable to reach the blockage. He had to go to get a high pressure jet pump which solved the problem. The first attempt cost $174.00 and high pressure jet cost $575.00 with a $10.00 service charge. The service rep was very friendly and professional. They were also prompt and called to announce that the service rep was dispatched.
