Jet came to our house and cleared the toilet. They told us that the toilet works fine. The charge was $79.25. Within a week the toilet started getting clogged again. On a regular basis since then the toilet gets clogged. The problem is not fixed. The problem is not a clogged toilet. The problem is that the toilet gets clogged on a regular basis. I can unclog the toilet. I just need an expert to determine why the toilet gets clogged on a regular basis and come up with a solution. I hired Jet to determine why my toilet gets clogged on a regular basis. I called Jet and asked them to come out and fix the problem again. I told them I would be happy to pay for extra services but I that I would expect a credit be applied to the bill for $79.25 since they charged me this amount for the first visit but never actually fixed the problem. Jet said that they would not agree to a credit since it was fixed. It was fixed for less than a week.
I am out approximately $80. My toilet still doesn't work. I used Jet for one of my rentals and they did a great job. I was hoping for a long term relationship with many years of service. I would like to resolve and have a plumbing company I can rely on for future needs.
"We were able to discuss the problem with the customer today in an effort to resolve the issue. Although the toilet was clear when the technician left the call the toilet continued to plug periodically. This condition is usually caused by one of three conditions. One of which is an obstruction in the toilet throat or line that will catch passing waste and plug the toilet. We learned that the homeowner took it upon himself to remove the toilet from the floor and remove a popsicle stick. Had our technician discussed this option with the owner and offered to remove the toilet to check for a foreign object, the issue would have been resolved. But he did not. We are sending the customer a credit for the original invoice. We thank the homeowner for the opportunity to discuss the problem and apologize for any inconvenience."

Sometimes doing a preventative maintenance on a sewer line necessary to keep things moving in the right direction. Especially if you have an older line and a lot of plant growth in the area of the line. We look forward to hearing from you when the need arises."
Another very positive experience with Jet Plumbing. Brad was very communicative, professional and competent. In addition to correcting the leak he identified another potential leak and corrected it also thus saving a future service call. Cost for Sunday service was very fair.
