Both of Trident’s 2 owners came to my home to view my project and give me an estimate. One of the owners is the head installer for the company. If you know anything about replacing windows, the single most important component is the installer. Regardless of the quality of the window, if the installation is not done properly, you are going to have problems. Troy is a pro, he personally came out with his helper and installed 9 windows and 2 sliding glass doors. My home is on a busy street, so having quality windows that block the outside noise is very important to me. These new windows are a noticeable improvement, they open and close smoothly, and the installation was flawless. I couldn’t be happier and would recommend Trident to anyone without hesitation."
