"I've used Metropolitan before and will continue to use them for all of my door and window replacement projects! The entire team is knowledgeable, professional, and communicative. I chose Anlin windows and ProVia entry doors and I couldn't be happier with how great my home looks."

"Fantastic. Everyone from start to finish was super professional and super friendly. The sales/estimate and measurement guys both did a great job explaining things to us, the windows look great and fit perfectly (already got compliments on them), and the guys installing the windows were all very respectful about keeping from making a big mess. Everyone we dealt with had great attitudes; they worked hard but were so friendly it felt like they were just friends helping out. Great service overall, much better than another place we checked out earlier, and the price was actually much more reasonable, too."

"Morgan called in advance of appointment to inform us that he was on his way. He removed the sliding glass door and screen and replaced, lubed and adjusted the door hardware for proper closure. Door work fantastic (like new) again. Great service for the cost and would highly recommend him for any door, window and doggy door installation or repair."

"Jose repaired a window that had fallen out. Replaced screens in the front windows plus put a screw in my front door hardware. He pointed out a few other projects that we will be using him to complete. Great service!"

"The production of the product took a little longer than expected, but as soon as the windows were ready the install was super fast. The guys finished all 18 windows of my home in 1 day! The communication with the office can be improved, but overall I has a very good experience. I would definitely recommend."

"Alex is thorough and treats the customer right."

"I hired Paul to assemble my new king size bed frame and hang some decor on the walls. He communicated clearly, arrived right on time, and finished the work cleanly and efficiently. I’ll definitely hire him again"

"Was very pleased with the quality of the work done which is very important to me. Does everything from painting, electrical repairs to door handles etc.. You name it and he does it. Everything was repaired with attention to detail and precision while being very efficient at the same time and finishing everything in a timely manner. I’m very happy and I would recommend to all my friends!"

"Our replacement window project began almost a year ago. From companies that ghosted us to representitves that showed up smelling of the beer they had for breakfast this project seemed impossible to get off the ground. Everyone we spoke with had their own opinion on what we needed, from all new construction to all replacement to a combo of both. At about the time I was going to move on from this project I got a referral to Trident windows and doors. Troy and Peter came out together to assess our needs. The difference between them and everyone of the 10 other window companies that had out was noticeable immediately. We accepted their bid (6 windows, 3 doors) and waited for the windows to come in and installation to begin. The day they began started with the entire crew showing up on time and ready to go. They were polite and courteous and took care working around my house. This was a two day project, and after day one the job site was cleaner than it was when they arrived. When they say they clean the job site, they mean it! Day 2 went the same as day 1, with the job being completed exactly as described. We couldnâ t be happier with our new windows and doors, and the job done by Troy and his crew at Trident. The only problem is the new doors look so good we ended up ordering another one that we hadnâ t planned on replacing."

"Roland Is the owner and he is fair, honest and an excellent communicator! His supervisor Alfredo has worked for him for 17years - that has to tell you something. We have had deck, trellis, paint, doors and more completed by this team. They are caring and kind and do superb work. Roland wants to make sure you are happy and ALWAYS goes above and beyond! We have more work to do on our house in the future and will DEFINITELY have this team do it all. I highly recommend and am very happy with this company! We had 2 other bids for the scope of work and this one fell in the middle price wise and we are actually getting more detailed finish than the other companies agreed to. NO COMPLAINTS!!!!! Happy customer!"
