I called them about the leak but the owner never came by and he send his friend over that does not work for the company, he said that everything was fine and the leak is normal. I've been trying to call them but they didn't pick up the phone. I asked help to Angie's List to contact the company but when I will be transfered, the representative keeps on hanging up.

These guys were fabulous! They made my 10+year old patio door like new again and they left the area as clean (or cleaner!) than they found it. Very nice people, too!

They did a great job with quick timing and excellent service. They went above and beyond in repairing our screen and door handle. Would definitely recommend or hire again.

On Track was punctual, cleaned up after themselves and called right before they came.  They found a replacement metal shower sweep for my shower. I had such a hard time finding someone who could help me.  Although it took a while for them to track one down, I  am so grateful to have this problem taken care of.  Old sweep would come off the door on a regular basis and my husband and I had such a difficult time putting it back on.  Had no idea finding new sweep would be so hard!

It was excellent.

One of our sliders is 28 years old and it took two hands to force it open.  The other door was just starting to get difficult to open.  Matt and Landon came out, arrived promptly and were very professional.  These two know their business.  One of the doors was an outside slide which is an easier fix, Matt said he was going to take $20 off because of this.  Not many business people would do that.  
They fixed both doors in an hour.  Again they were very professional and tidy, I wouldn't bother calling anyone else!

They were very good. They were professional. The lady is very happy with them. They have really good reviews already that was why I chose them. I am a real estate agent so if people have questions, I feel better recommending somebody from Angie's List. I don't know who else to recommend. She was quite happy with the results. She had trouble opening her door so they knew what they needed to do. It was more expensive than the normal situation because we're right at the beach so we are getting a lot of saltwater damage. They said what a lot of people here need and they knew exactly what to do. I'm cheap and I probably would want it less expensive, but I guess she wanted it to work and they wanted to guarantee their work. It was good. The quality of the service was excellent.

The two gentlemen were punctual and knowledgeable. They completed the work in about 30 minutes and the door worked well. We were selling our home, and the door was not sliding smoothly, so fixing it was a necessity.
