I would use them again in future. As far as pricing, as a consumer you can always ask for less. There was absolutely nothing bad. They were good all the way around. There was easy scheduling. The technicians were knowledgeable. They showed up when they said they would. They got the job done right the first time. They were very straight forward and courteous. Everything was fine, I was really happy. My parents used them too. They are happy and I am happy. They were good all the way round.

After an initial scheduling snafu, things with R&S Erection went much better than I could have expected.  The initial visit was for general maintenance on our 8 year old garage door.  After a complete examination and much needed lube, the door opens almost silently.  We were having difficulties with our remotes and they tried a number of solutions, all keeping in mind the need to manage costs.  When it was clear that our only and best option was a new opener, they were quick to install (on my schedule), did a great job setting us up with new remotes and an external keypad, for an amazing cost - and gave us a credit for other things purchased along the way.  Should we ever experience garage door issues again, this will be my one and only call for service.  Thank you, R&S Erection for such a great job and outstanding customer service.

I WAS RATHER IMPRESSED. THEY SENT ONE GAL OVER AND SHE DID IT ALL BY HERSELF. SHE TOOK DOWN THE OLD WOODED GARAGE DOOR AND INSTALLED THE NEW METAL RETRACTING GARAGE DOOR. IT TOOK HER A GOOD 8 HOURS TO DO IT, BECAUSE SHE DID HAVE SOME PROBLEMS, BUT AT THE END IT LOOKS GREAT.
