"I had an emergency water break to my house on a Sunday. Bill Bellas contacted me first by e-mail and then by phone agreeing to be at my house with an hour and a half. Bill brough his two sons to help. He had to dig and sauter to remove the old pipe and then shop for new parts but the project was completed in under 2 hours! He was fee was VERY resonable and the Sacramento City Water department came out the next day to check the work. "Not good. The water leaks had caused black mold that had to be repaired. When repairs were completed 3 months later, the valves still leaked from the stem when turned on. It was past 60 days so I had to pay another $100 service fee to have the water leaks fixed. He tightened the packing and quoted $350 to replace the valves. Sheesh."
