"Encore was great. Oz and the team executed everything perfectly and professionally. They showed up on time and always kept the site clean organized. We barely felt them working. I had no walkway (just an uneven lawn) and Oz suggested a paved walkway from the sidewalk to our front door. The steps came out gorgeous and we chose the same design for an additional walkway leading to the backyard on the side of our home. We also added some low voltage lights as our street is not well lit. This project has enhanced the safety of my home. The paved walkways and lighting was much needed. Iâ  m no longer fearful of tripping or falling when I need to step out or go for a drive once the sun sets. This was a big deal purchase. It was okay. They were very prompt. Nothing stood out. There were two people and one person just did not seem to know to much. I really did not like the way they cut my roses. They did everything that they said their service was going to be about. They were okay at it, but they weren't particularly great at it. I really don't have any complaints. There was nothing great or bad about their service. Their pricing was pretty good, I guess. It was not absolutely great for what they did.

"Pacific Outdoor Living were top notch from start to finish. The job was relatively small (40' pathway), but required demo and removal of existing concrete up 2 flights stairs). The sales team was responsive, and at first we thought the cost of the job seemed expensive. We went with Pacific as the sales team/bidding process was very professional, informative and engendered trust that they would deliver. Following acceptance of the bid, there was some difficulty getting the job scheduled, but once the job was initiated - it went very smoothly, and quickly. We could not be more pleased with the results. We had questions and concerns during the job, that were quickly responded to.
