Arthur came to us around 6:30 PM after he finished his other job. He was very nice and knowledgeable. He managed to clear the blockage. We would definitely recommend him and will use him in the future.

Unfortunately, I woke up on a Wednesday morning to my wife showering upstairs and a large pool of water that fell from the ceiling into our downstairs living room. Tic Tok Plumbing was hired to inspect the situation and determine the cause for documentation purposes regarding my home insurance claim. Arthur was surprisingly pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, efficient, timely and professional. Surely, once our insurance has cleared our claim and approved the necessary work needed, my wife and I plan to worth with Arthur again during the repair/remodel phase. Excellent work. He was trained as a plumber and is not self-taught so he has extensive knowledge. Work was done quickly and the quality of work was excellent. He replaced several outside faucets that were leaking (they are over 32 years old), as well as cleared 2 inside drains that drained too slowly. He also installed a new faucet in our guest bathroom and was knowledgeable about what product to buy and where online to find the cheapest prices. I highly recommend Tic Tok Plumbing and will absolutely call them again.
