"The guy who installed my asphalt driveway was Valdez Asphalt & Grading . It is my understanding that Uriel Valdez works for Sargon Sarkis. At least that what he told me.....Anyway Valdez did a great job for me. They were through by four o'clock. Very neat and lots of attention to details such as cleanup after the job........I would recmmend them without hesitation...Very professional. John turner"

I paid in full around July 8, 2025, with a contract promising completion by July 28. No one ever showed up until I contacted them. Since then, I’ve dealt with four project managers, endless delays, broken promises, and almost zero communication. One crew came but didn’t know what they were supposed to do and couldn’t reach anyone for direction. Another poured a footing wrong, according to one of their own workers. Months later, my yard is still torn apart, and HavenHub continues to ignore me despite taking full payment. I’ve had to involve a lawyer just to try to get a response. Terrible communication, unreliable crews, and no accountability. Be very careful before hiring this company."
