Gas Heating and Furnace Service
Technicians came out to inspect the furnace as we noticed a strange sound that we thought was coming from the furnace. Furnace is operating properly. Technicians found the source of the strange sound.

Enrique Ochoa our technician was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable. He not only explained what he was doing but showed me the pictures of each area he serviced. With the pictures it helped me see the parts that required cleaning per Enrique. He quoted prices for the work and we will be calling Enrique to perform the work in the near future.

I recommend Right Home Services. Except when techican came out on sept 10 to inspect before city was scheduled to come out for final inspection we noticed a smell of gas and called Right Home to have a technician come to check smell. He did notice a loose valve. I did not notice smell as I use an oil diffuser but Thank God my daughters noticed.

When trying to talk to a supervisor or manager about an issues that Iâ  m having customer service always promises a call back by one or the other with no success. My EVAP coil have been leaking for over a year with Rightime failing at two attempts to get it right, each time cracking the EVAP pan that leak out on my ceiling the last time they were out. The ceiling was fixed but the leak still persists. I guess the secondary pan was a back up that is currently filling up with water.

I needed a new air conditioner, and I found Rightime Home services through Costco. Dominick arrived at my house was honest and straight forward with my quote. You cannot beat the Costco warranty for this installation. Tyler and Sonny arrived on time with their crew and completed the project in 2 days. They were professional, informative, clean. These gentlemen gutted my original air conditioner and installed a new unit. I would highly recommend this company to do any job at my house.
