After the 1st Job, cleaning the dryer vent. they were so professional, And did a great job. I had him clean all my central air and heating ducts, a service they provide. Cisco did a really great job. The air is so fresh and clean.

Dave Lewis, the owner, called me within minutes of my query on Angi. He scheduled service for 1:00PM that day. I received a call from Cisco around 10:30 asking if they could do the work at 11:00. I agreed, and they were there at 10:30!!! They serviced my drier exhaust, and repaired a broken section in a quick and efficient manner. The crew (Cisco & Tino) were polite professional, and efficient. and they cleaned up after the work was completed, The price was lower than I expected, and there was no "up-sellng" at the end. They have earned my business, and I have no problem recommending their services.

Good work quality. Incomplete and miss communication on extent of cleaning specifics. I was never informed that cleaning the coils was not included. Later, went I inquired about the coil cleaning with the worker he falsely explained that the coils were dusted. The worker explained that coil cleaning is different and is performed by another individual, which I should have been informed. Since, I had a second opinion who verified there is no evidence of any dusting or cleaning of the coils. My last conversation with Dave, he explained as the worker mentioned that the cleaning of the coils is another process. So, now I need to hire someone else to clean the coils. For a customer Clarity of what is and is not covered is essential. I am not saying the cleaning of the vents was unnecessary. I requested the cleaning of the air/heat system after being informed that the coils needed cleaning. My recall was that Dave completed the evaluation, and he assured me that Superior could take care of it. I was never informed that the scheduled cleaning did not include cleaning the coils. Now, I need to hire someone else to clean the coils. Does Superior clean coils?
