Hello and a huge Thank You to Magnolia Heating and Cooling! We needed some major repairs done to our furnace and I found this company online without a reference. What a wonderful treat I discovered! They were completely professional from the very start, both extremely friendly and helpful setting up our appointment. Our repair man Nate was a true professional in every sense of the word! Excellent communication, on time, and fixed our problems with a great enthusiasm! If I could leave 10 Stars I would do so with pleasure. Drew came by for the semi annual service and he was outstanding plus he found a tiny gas leak that the company came out and fixed. I am so happy I chose magnolia h&c. Despite having very slightly lower bids. So buy from loca heroes that run a first class operation!!!

The repair man Justin Yeager was an amazing guy! He was polite and took his time to look for the problem. He told me what was wrong and told me how he was going to fix it and just all around a good repair man. I would absolutely recommend this company and absolutely be going back to them!!

I required a whole new unit inside and out my old one was done in.Magnolia installed everything in one day and I paid no money down and I have had a very hot/cool ð year. We had a different company service our heater and 4 weeks later needed to use AC. It didnâ  t work. The previous company tried to sell us a new ac/heating unit and we passed. When Jacob came , on time and I explained the issue he had located 2 wires that had been removed and nd when he replaced them everything worked. He then did a system analysis and recommended replacing the starter capacitor.

Had tech come out he was friendly and seemed skilled at his job. Had the system serviced and pipes covered for better cooking. System worked for the remainder of the day. Went to turn on the system the next day and system wasn t cooling off. It was one of the hottest days of the weekend. In desperation called and they were closed (Saturday). Got in touch with another company who came out and discovered a wire controlling the thermostat motor had come loose. Wire secured and system back up and running. Not very excited to know the wire was in the panel where I had recently had the System serviced.

Service tech was very respectful & knowledgeable. Bottom line is you want a good feeling about the job being done to satisfaction. General cost estimates for future lingering problems caused me to hesitate about making further commitments for service but just like all services in these types of businesses, they are costly & hard to turn down, once they turn up at your door.
