They did a great job diagnosing the problem and took the time to explain what they found and offer options on potential fixes. "Fast service and good price. They tried to sell vertex system but over priced relative to energy savings and even consumer reports said they aren't worth it. They quoted 4500 even though the unit cost about 2100 and the mfg claims it is easy to install. Although it needed new vent to outside, there was no other clear reason for the markup. Hence we went with a traditional water heater and the price and install was excellent"
