He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. "The man that came out and installed the new hot water heater was very good, he did a good job installing and makeing the connections. The only problem we have now is that the hot water barely comes out of the faucet. It seemed fine when he was done and left, but about a week went by and the water slowed to about a 1/3 of the pressure we had with the old hot water heater. I wish I had his number, I'd give him a call and see what can be done. It takes forever to wash dishes. Other than that, everything seems fine with the installation.
