"resolved water & system requirements"

"Western Rooter to the rescue again! I had a small underground leak which appeared to be due to a bad sprinkler valve. A sprinkler repair company determined that it was not a bad sprinkler valve and thought it was due to a leak in the main water line. Daniel and Alex dug down to find that the leak was coming from a very old (at least 36 years) broken pvc line. After much testing and head scratching to try to figure out where the water was coming from, they decided to "chase the pipe." After much digging, they found that the very old broken pvc pipe was hooked up to a sprinkler valve that was buried 18 inches underground that had not been capped--only turned off. Roots from a nearby tree had opened the valve which caused the leak--crazy! The current sprinkler system has been the same one since we moved into the house in 1988. It took 36 years for the underground leak to occur!"

"Replaced old Water heater, Very good craftsmanship and work ethic. Carter even did the work on Sunday which allowed me not to miss a day of work. The project included demo of old water heater and haul away. I am very satisfied and will do business with this company again."

"Great - the crew showed up within 24 hours and tested and removed many precious items to be cleaned. Returned everything including military uniforms in brand new condition!"

"Pristine was on time and did a new hot water tank installation very efficiently."

"Kayvan was a wonderful service tech! He was on time and professionally checked out the water heater and the HVAC system. He was so polite and friendly. He explained the need for a new filter in the heating unit and showed me photos of the unit located in the attic. He also offered to do a friendly deed for free, which I greatly appreciated, He’s a great asset to Service Champions!"

"Johnny Responded within 2 minutes from Angi’s list. He came over promptly. He called at 7:30 and was at my doorstep within the hour at 8:30. He was polite, prompt and very helpful. He was transparent, no BS.. did the work and I paid him as he agreed upon price. Johnny is a pretty cool fella. I’ll call him again for our future plumbing needs. thanks Johnny!"
