"When they moved us out of our old home, they were thorough, friendly, and hard-working. They carefully loaded our things and were careful. The trouble with our move into our new home began the day before. They sent us a text message asking if they could start at 9 a.m. rather than noon. When we pointed it out, they said, "That wasn't there before?" Nope. It wasn't. They tried to fix it, which didn't work, and then only gave us a $40 discount off our bill. They were punctual, friendly and professional, but I'm not sure that we would hire them again."
