Sam was professional, personable and efficient. His pricing was fair and he did the job in the time frame that he had promised. He removed our very stubborn kitchen and back hall tile floors, removed debris and put down gorgeous new tile floors. We were very pleased with the whole experience and will call on him again for other projects. We got our porcelain tiles at a great price at Floors and Decor in Hyannis.

Sam was great, timely and did a great job. Previous tiler had installed a shower floor that was falling apart within a month. Sam diagnosed, cut out the damage and retiled the floor.

Sam was absolutely wonderful to work with. It felt that he made my project his number one priority and you could tell he truly cared about his craftsmanship. I would definitely recommend this company and work with Sam again in the future.

Great personality but not great work! He had his mind set on what he was going to do and did not care about what was discussed. We had ceramic floor tiles. Some were chipped on the sides and corners....he said he would not use them. He not only used them but every time I see a chip I think of how I wished I had someone else do the job. He came back and re-did some of them hesitantly (because I asked him if he guaranteed his work). I knew he was busy and I dare not ask him to come back! My husband when he has the time will try to fix those problems. He also did a back splash that he had to come back and re-do some of them...and what was disappointing is that the grout lines are not consistant...some being wider than others. Not pleased! I went according to the reviews and his pics upon hiring him. Sorry....can't see where he gets those 5's! He sold himself. Bad chemistry perhaps? Was initially excited about hiring him...will NOT recommend him. I have left him emails for a completed invoice stating that I've paid in full. No response.
