"They are very friendly and knowledgeable. The technician that came out took the time to explain everything to me to help me understand how the chimney and fireplace work and why he recommended the repairs he did. And ever since the work was done, our fireplace has been burning cleaner and actually feels safe for my home and my family. Thank you all so much!!"

"Thorough service. The technician was very professional and made good recommendations for further maintenance of our HVACs. I will need to call them out to replace some Freon at a later date. I am pleased overall.

"quick to answer phone and arrange a schedule. very clean after they left. no ash or dust in room"

"The technician wanted to know if we had a problem with our air conditioning and if not, we was he here.  We explained that the system is 20 years old and to our knowledge has never had any kind of servicing.  This checkup would be for possible repairs and our peace of mind.  The system got thoroughly checked.  No maintenance or repairs are needed at this time.  The technician was friendly and very thorough in his work.  If or when we need repairs we will be happy to use Excel Air Corp.

"To appreciate Personal Plumbing you have to experience the work process they have engineered. After requesting a proposal and date I received a text indicating when the estimator would arrive, then another text indicating the estimator was en route. After the job walk I received the proposal in a reasonable time and sent back approval. I then received an email asking when I would like to have the work performed. After approving my requested date I received a text indicating Cody would be performing the work and time at which he would arrive. Again I received a text when he was en route. Cody arrived on time and was very professional. After work was completed I received a text stating it had been completed. Two follow-up emails 1) asked for an assessment of the work and 2) provided the invoice. I will choose Personal Plumbing for my next plumbing need."

"Arturo with Veterans HVAC completed the electrical work for my pump. His solution to complete the installation was elegant and simple compared to the bids I received from others. Veterans was not the least expensive but it was well worth the extra cost to get the job done correctly. I would not hesitate to use them for other projects."

"Tommy came out to look at the problem I had with my water heater and gave me his best options to get the job done. Tommy was very professional and explain all details. We scheduled them out the next and they completed the job professionally. I will refer this company to everyone who is looking for a plumber. Thank you."

"Gus was quick to respond. Very professional & very reasonably priced. He took care of our drainage issue right away. He also was able to assist us same day & arrived earlier than estimated timeframe. Overall, I will recommend him to my family, friends & neighbors. Very satisfied with his impeccable work."
